Redeliveries

At {Indyra} you can count on speedy, fully automated redeliveries at the mainstore.

 

MISSING ITEMS & FAILED DELIVERIES*

Did you buy from the mainstore?

Yes: -> Please use the Redelivery Terminal located at the front entrance of the store. Indyra Store Credit Machine

No: -> Please send a notecard with a complete Transaction History to Indyra Seigo for a redelivery.
HOW TO GET YOUR IN-WORLD TRANSACTION HISTORY:

Go to https://secondlife.com/ and login (use your normal username and password.)

Under your name click “Account->Transaction History”

Select your date range and find the problem Transaction.

Copy/Paste your Transaction in the notecard you intend to send.

HOW TO GET YOUR MARKETPLACE TRANSACTION HISTORY:

Marketplace Re-deliveries will be resent from the Marketplace Sales Database only. Please send a notecard with your Marketplace Order History information. It is very different from the standard in-world Transaction History.

Go to https://marketplace.secondlife.com/ and login (use your normal username and password)

Beside your name click “My Marketplace->My Account”

Click “Order History”

Select your problem Transaction and click “View Invoice”

Copy/Paste your Transaction in the notecard you intend to send.
EXAMPLE

Invoice # 1348651777
Ordered on April 04, 2014
Order Status: Delivered

Send the notecard to Indyra Seigo. Be sure to state your name and that you need a redelivery.
